Planning
Liam supports First Nations land claims with GIS and land analyses, drawing on experience in Crown-Indigenous Consultations, Treaty Land Entitlement, and resource management, across Manitoba and Ontario. His community planning work involves building enduring relationships, emphasizing the involvement of youth, Elders and resource users in the planning process.
Liam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Winnipeg and developed his knowledge of city and Indigenous planning at the University of Manitoba. He also attended Université de Saint-Boniface, where he studied French.
Liam is a proud new father who can be found playing the bagpipes alongside the St. Andrews Pipe Band of Winnipeg in his spare time.
