Design
Thomas developed a passion for the outdoors later in his youth, which drove him to pursue a career in landscape architecture. A graduate of the environmental design program at the University of Manitoba, he is currently working towards completing his master’s degree in landscape architecture. For his studies, he has a special interest in recreational design and environmental planning. He prefers to think in three dimensions, while addressing complex issues and employing high attention to detail in his work. As an intern, he employs a spirit of exploration in the diverse nature of projects thrown his way, such as producing technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings for projects ranging from eastern Ontario to northern Saskatchewan.
When Thomas is not at the office, he prefers to go on adventures in his hand-built canoe, fishing or exploring lakes and rivers in Manitoba and northern Ontario. In his opinion, the harder it is to travel to the better the lake must be!
