HTFC worked with LM Architectural Group and Number Ten Architects on their joint venture for this high profile project. HTFC’s aim was to create a comfortable, engaging, and durable multi-seasonal urban space which showcases the brilliance of Winnipeg and the beauty of the Manitoba Prairie through a simple design palette with high impact.

Construction was completed in 2016.
