Glen contributes more than 30 years of local and international experience across a broad range of practice. His areas of specialization include transportation corridors and bridges, trails and greenways, accessible and sustainable landscapes, streetscapes, urban arboriculture, and interpretive planning. He is an accomplished artisan and craftsperson who brings careful consideration and passion to all aspects of a project. His skill in creating unique and meaningful people places is evident in his nationally recognized works, including the Lyra Aeolian Harp and Oodena Celebration Circle at The Forks, Manitoba Hydro Place, Red River Floodway Greenway, Winnipeg Folk Festival site, and Upper Fort Garry Heritage Provincial Park.
A proponent of active transportation and accessibility, Glen is an avid cyclist and member of the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals and chair of the Provincial Design of Public Spaces Accessibility Standard Development Committee.
